Makynna is 6 years old! We drove west to celebrate with the birthday girl at her miniature golf birthday party.
Makynna and Addie are 6 weeks apart. What fun to have a cousin close in age!
Addie and Camryn love each other so much too.
After hugs for everyone it was time to get down to the business at hand-golfing! Thankfully, Pop Pop is an expert and he took Addie and Doak in his group.
Keri went along too, helping Doak and Addie as they learned to swing.
It was almost 100 degrees, so I happily stayed in the shade with Brock, Amy, Dianna, and Papaw.
This is the face of a boy who just played the whole course in 100 degree heat!
Time for a juice to help this boy cool down!
We sang "Happy Birthday" to Makynna,
then it was time to open gifts.
Amy, who is going back to school for a nursing degree, was excited when Makynna opened this gift! Amy is going to have the girls help her study with this game. (not that she needs any help-she made straight A's! We're so proud of her!)

Just found your blog...LOVE it!! As the Lord works in my life I am trying to find those blogs that will help me grow in the way the Lord (rather than the world) wants me to grow! I love the blogs that talk about pinching pennies and how to become better stewards of His money...it certainly is a journey for this momma! Anyway you have an adorable little family! :)
