time for tea

Our family is blessed to have so many wonderful friends, new and old. Friday Addie and I got a chance to spend some time with our friends Katy and Aislyn. I met Katy this summer and from the first time we got together we hit it off and so did the kids. Addie and Aislyn play so nicely together and are such sweet friends. Doak loves Mrs. Katy and Aislyn and the girls are (usually) kind enough to include him in their play times. But this time, Doak stayed home with Daddy and just us girls met for tea at a quaint little tea room in town. I loved trying out a new place and the tea was wonderful. We had the whole place to ourselves so Katy and I actually got to sit down and talk for a while and let the girls play without too much worry of them bothering anyone else's tea time. Addie and Ais showed off some of their ballerina dancing and even felt comfortable enough to take a short nap under a table. So if you're wondering, this is what a 3 year old tea party looks like!
