mini vacation

After our night of celebrating in Gatesville, we came back to our hotel in Waco. Knowing that we had to be in College Station in a few short days we decided to stay in Waco for a while instead of driving home and back again.



Waco may not seem like a vacation "hot spot" but we really enjoyed it! We swam in the hotel pool



we ate at Ninfa's with the Bailey family (no picture of this, but just imagine the best Mexican food ever!)



we played at Cameron Park and enjoyed the shade from the huge trees



we went to see Cars 2, which was loved by all!



we hung out in some unlikely places in the hotel room



we visited the Cameron Park Zoo. It's a great little zoo with beautiful grounds and shade. I think Addie and Doak were pretending to be tigers in this picture



Addie and I had a little girl time to visit my favorite shops in Waco and to get a snow cone at Coco's Shaved Ice-yum!



and Keri and Doak took a trip up to the Baylor stadium and took a picture by our favorite BU quarterback.

After a few days of rest and relaxation it was time to pack up and head to our next adventure.....FCA Camp!
