The Friday before Valentine's Day was Addie's party at school. The boys and I went up to help. Doak had so much fun being in Addie's class. He sat at her table with her, ate with her, and even sat with her on the rug and listened to directions just like the big kids. After the party was over we even got to go to the playground with her class. What a fun day!
I spent the evening before Valentine's Day prepping for some PINK fun! I had seen heart shaped muffins in a magazine, and Keri and I worked hard to recreate them! Both kids loved their special breakfast.
I made a special lunch for Addie to take to school and Doak and I had a picnic for our Valentine's Day date.
Valentine's evening we had an all pink dinner of ham, pink mashed potatoes, strawberry applesauce, pink milk, and raspberry jello for dessert.
What a fun night with the ones I love most. My littlest Valentine went to bed early and missed out on our photo op!
