Addie is out of surgery. She did really well and our doctor said her tonsils were huge! He thinks that removing them will really improve her health and quality of life. That's what we're praying for. Chad was with Addie from pre-op to post-op and that made everything a little more comfortable for us all! Addie has been moved to a private room and right now I'm watching both my babies sleep-Addie in her hospital bed with Puppy by her side and Doak next to her in his stroller.
Addie (and Keri and I) will be here overnight for observation and then she'll be released early tomorrow morning to continue recovery at home. We have Cookie in town for a few days and Jack and Dianna will be coming over later this week to help too.

Poor Addie - so sorry to hear you are going through this - especially during the holidays - so gald she is recoverying well - we will keep you in our prayers!! If you need anything I'm just a phone call away!

I just read about her surgery and I'm so thankful it went well. I remember when SK had her aednoids out what a huge difference it made for her. I bet Addies surgery will do wonders too!
i'm sorry i missed this! i'll be praying for a quick discharge home tomorrow.
