moving to . . .

Well, today we have an answer about where we will call home for the next year (or multiple years please!) The Saginaw job did not work out so instead of moving west we'll be going a little bit further east to Rockwall. We're a little disappointed, but with how much we prayed (and how much our friends and family prayed for us) we know that this is the place God has prepared for us. So, my brain can finally get a little less scattered and now I can concentrate on house hunting in one town instead of two! Keri is excited because this means he'll be staying with his current head coach who just took a job at the school in Rockwall. We really love him and his family. We're looking for a place to call home and hopefully in a great neighborhood with a good school because we're praying we can stay put and have Addie start kindergarten there! Thanks for praying with us-we'll keep you posted about all the changes coming up!

Moving again huh? It seems like way more than a year ago that you were going this process. Look forward to reading the posts about this next move!

So you'll be Yellowjackets, right? My BFF from college lives there and I'm out there all the time. I'm going out there for a girls' day with her on Sunday, as a matter of fact!

Y'all will have to check out Culver's there--yummy, cheap fast food! Delicious burgers and the best ice cream (or frozen custard, as they call it) for not a lot of $$.

My friends there go to Lakepointe Church there and love it.

If I can help in any way, let me know! Her hubby has a commercial real estate firm.

While we believe Keri was MORE than qualified for the Boswell job, we can't help but be excited by the fact that y'all will stay close to us. Of course y'all know we will help you move, and maybe we'll get to paint another room for Addie at your new place! This time we'll make sure we have better ventilation though! Speaking of Addie...I guess she needs to start working on "Go Hawks!"

Love you guys!

Congratulations - I know this will be a blessing for you all. We are right there with you in having to check out the different Elementary school, since we are hoping we will be there when the girls start school. WWW.GreatSchools.net has really helped. We will keep you in our prayers, at least we are pros at the moving part. When do we become pros at dealing with the stress.

Do you REALLY have to move farther away?? I know, I know, this is exactly where God wants you and you are simply being obedient to His calling. It must give you a peace to finally know and to have Keri staying under such great leadership. Congrats and happy house hunting!!

So glad that you now have one town to concentrate on! We have looked at living in Rockwall and have heard great things about their neighborhoods. While I wish that you were moving closer to Ft. Worth, I am so thankful that your heart and mind can rest a little easier. I'll continue to keep you guys in my prayers.

While it sounds like it wasn't your first choice, at least now you know! I bummed it's taking you farther east, but I'm excited for your new adventure!

Congratulations! Ryan's cousin is a cheerleader at Rockwall...she's a senior though, so I guess she won't get to cheer on Keri next year. It's a great place to live!
