Sic WV

Keri had an open week October 4. Which means no Friday night game and he was off all day Saturday! We took advantage of day and had such great family time. Baylor had a home game, and thanks to a generous donation, we got tickets for the whole family to go! What better way to celebrate a week off of football than to go to another team's game! Ha! Because Keri works weekends during football season, we have only been able to go to one or two BU games since we graduated.

We found out about the (free) alumni tailgate and decided to join in. We enjoyed dinner catered by Fuddruckers and even ran into some friends! The kids loved all the freebies handed out to the alums-pins, fans, beads, tattoos, rally rags, etc. We were also early enough to be a part of March of the Bears-making a tunnel to cheer on the players as they arrive and exit the bus on the way to the game.

We walked to our seats and started taking it all in! Baylor games are so fun! We loved sharing all the Baylor traditions with the kids. And of course, scoring on the first play of the game and winning big made the game quite exciting!
