Our original plan when moving here was not to put Doak in school this year. I figured that he would enjoy a break from school. But honestly, the past few weeks have been rough for Doak. We've rocked his little world by moving him away from his friends, his school, his church, and his routine. So after some discussion and a lot of research we started him in school last week. He is loving it so far and seems to enjoy the scheduled playtime and interaction with other kids and other adults. He will go to this school next year too and we are excited about the program there!

Natalie, your family is such a wonderful example of doing what needs to be done, without getting paralyzed by the fear and anxiety of the unknown that I know would likely do me in. I am so excited to read about your journey in this fun new destination, and really admire you for being able to rise to the challenge!
