Addie, of course, loves all types of flowers

Doak loves places where he can run free! So the Arboretum was a perfect choice!
We saw lots of these

and these

but the real reason for this outing was to see

Aunt Amy

cousin Camryn

and cousin Makynna

We walked and talked and played

Addie and Makynna are huge flower lovers and also pretty cute if I do say so myself!

I wanted a picture of all the kids laying in the gorgeous green grass-Cam is the only one who would lay down on it for me!

Doak is so handsome and big is this picture. He never wanted to wear a hat until Crazy Hat Day at school. Now he'll ask if he can wear his crazy hat! Silly boy!

Addie posing by some purple posies

Amy and her sweet girls Camryn 6.5, Makynna, almost 5

Daddy and Doak had to stick together since they were outnumbered

I love the look Doak is giving Kynna in this picture. All these kids love each other so much!

a rare picture of me and the kiddos

All that walking made Kynna tired, so Keri gave her a ride

A sweet man asked if he could take a picture for us after I tried to take a self portrait of us and ended up with only half of our faces in the picture-oops!

We have been to the Arboretum many times but have never been to the Children's area that has lots of small houses that the kids can play in. Doak loved opening and closing all the doors and shutters.

Doak and Amy walking to the exit-Doak was hopping like a frog and cracking Amy up!

What a beautiful day to enjoy our beautiful family!

your photos are so beautiful. and i just have to say, doak is one handsome young man! i'm so in love with my little boy these days. i was missing a whole fun world when i just had girls! ha
So fun - I really want to go - this is my favorite time of year - but with baseball and everybody being sick I don't know if we will make it. I loved all the pics - I can't believe how much Camryn and Addie look a like -I though that was Addie laying in the grass at first.
